Hospitality at the heart of every move.
After finishing my concierge internship at Walt Disney World’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, I came home to the Tri-Cities — where my grandparents have lived for years and where my parents recently moved to be near them. Three generations, one community.
The standard for service at Disney is simply higher than anywhere else, and I think buying or selling a home deserves that same care. That’s the bar I bring to every client.
I’m newer to living in the Tri-Cities than I am to caring about it — so I’m putting in the work. Walking neighborhoods, learning schools, tracking new construction. I’d rather be honest about the work in progress than pretend at experience I don’t yet have.
I’m also part of a generation of agents who genuinely understand modern tools — AI-assisted research, data-driven pricing, fast and clear digital communication. They give my clients sharper insight and a smoother process, never replacing the human attention that matters most.
