Road 68
Main corridor

West Pasco is the city's established suburban side, developed largely along the Road 68 corridor from the 1990s onward. It offers a mix of production-built subdivisions and custom homes on larger parcels, with spacious lots and mature landscaping in the earlier-built portions.

Drive Road 68 at the hour you would actually be driving it.

Road 68 itself is the corridor's defining practical feature, in both directions. It concentrates the area's retail, grocery, and services, and it has also become the region's reference case for growth outpacing road capacity. Congestion there is specifically what the City of Pasco cites when designing infrastructure for Broadmoor. Buyers who commute across the corridor at peak hours should drive it at the hour they would actually be driving it.
